Senior Web3 DevOps Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Web3 DevOps Engineer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will design, deploy, and manage highly available blockchain infrastructure and cloud-native systems. This position is perfect for someone with over 5 years of experience who understands both traditional DevOps and the unique challenges of Web3 infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, GCP, or Azure to support Web3 applications.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain blockchain nodes across various networks such as Ethereum, Polygon, and Solana.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smart contracts and backend services, utilizing tools like Terraform and GitOps workflows.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage Kubernetes clusters for optimal performance.
• Implement monitoring and security best practices to ensure uptime and reliability of the infrastructure.
• Optimize cloud and node infrastructure costs while improving system performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Hands-on experience running blockchain nodes and managing Web3 infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Linux systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and observability.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DeFi protocols or blockchain startups.
• Familiarity with smart contract deployment pipelines and indexers.
• A background in security or SRE.
