What You'll Do

• Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department, ensuring all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
• Work collaboratively with your team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing timely responses to guest inquiries.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring all work is carried out professionally and promptly.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with your immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, documenting due diligence requirements and best practices for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
• A hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned duties and tasks.
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
• Experience working with IT systems across various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.

As a Breakfast Host, you will need to be available to start at 5:45 AM, with additional hours potentially available in other departments. This is a casual (zero-hour) contract.
