Customer Service Inspector - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Inspector to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone support to our corporate clients through our contact center. Your expertise will help us enhance our customer service and build lasting relationships with our clients.

What You'll Do

• Provide telephone support to corporate clients regarding banking products and services.
• Assist clients with internet banking systems and troubleshooting.
• Implement welcome, sales, and retention campaigns for corporate clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication.
