Senior Video Production Manager - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Provide creative direction and collaborate with the Enterprise Marketing team to develop engaging content that meets our marketing and branding needs.
• Direct all aspects of video production, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production.
• Ensure that video content aligns with brand standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
• Utilize your strong knowledge of professional camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment for both studio and on-location shoots.
• Manage external vendors and coordinate logistics for filming locations.
• Photograph executives and senior leadership, ensuring high-quality imagery for various communications.
• Create motion graphics and animations that enhance video content and storytelling.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in video production workflows, including directing, cinematography, and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with both remote and in-office time.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D animation software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Familiarity with various video platforms and social media.
