Senior UX Researcher - Bilingual (English/​Spanish) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in user experience research to drive impactful insights and strategies that enhance our product offerings. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our customer experiences are not only effective but also delightful.

What You'll Do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather user insights and inform product design decisions.
• Design and implement usability studies, surveys, and interviews to evaluate user interactions.
• Analyze data and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for product improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user feedback into the development process.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of the UX research team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
