Senior UX Designer - Developer Experience (Remote)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer - Developer Experience (Remote) to help shape the future of software development at Autodesk. This pivotal role will provide agentic and product design expertise across internal developer experiences at Autodesk. As a Senior UX Designer, you will design and refine agentic and product experiences for the internal software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional exploration, analysis, and problem-solving efforts, involving multiple complex systems and stakeholders.
• Synthesize feedback and requirements, extend, and create new patterns and concepts, advocating for customer-focused solutions.
• Conduct research and leverage data to guide decision-making.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs, technical capabilities, context, and business objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• Accessible portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver best-in-class experiences.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a relevant field.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer.
• Solid understanding of human-centered practices and activities.
• Experience working with AI platforms, tools, and technologies such as ChatGPT, Alexa, Siri, and others.

Nice to Have

• Deep experience designing generative AI experiences.
• Stays up to date with trends and advancements in UX and AI.
• Experience working as part of a platform team or environment.
