About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Web Brand Designer to join Anchorage Digital in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be the primary guardian of our digital brand experience, ensuring that our core brand identity, vision, and mission are translated into exceptional, user-centric web and product interfaces. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to design high-fidelity user interfaces (UI) and establish UI component libraries that ensure visual continuity across our digital ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI mockups, screens, and components for web platforms and digital products.
  • Create interactive prototypes (e.g., in Figma) to demonstrate interaction models and validate design solutions within the brand framework.
  • Lead the design of key marketing assets, including high-conversion landing pages and email templates.
  • Develop visual content for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate on the development and maintenance of the Digital Design System and UI component library.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and continuously monitor the cryptocurrency landscape to keep our brand innovative.
  • Work closely with Product and Development teams to ensure the final product matches the approved design and visual brand standards.
  • Act as a consultant on all digital design decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in web design with a strong focus on UI/UX.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of the design process and articulate design decisions that deliver user and business value.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.
  • Experience in designing for the tech industry.

  • Knowledge of current design and cryptocurrency trends.
  • Animation skills.
