About the Role

Join Anchorage Digital as a Senior UI/UX Web Brand Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital brand experience. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a leading crypto platform that empowers institutions to engage with digital assets.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI mockups, screens, and components for web platforms and digital products, ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
  • Lead the design of key marketing assets, including high-conversion landing pages and email templates, leveraging UX principles to optimize user experiences.
  • Create all necessary visual content for digital campaigns, including advertisements and social media graphics, ensuring brand alignment and web optimization.
  • Collaborate on the development and maintenance of the Digital Design System and UI component library, ensuring accessibility and scalability.
  • Stay ahead of UI/UX trends and continuously monitor the cryptocurrency landscape to keep our brand innovative and competitive.
  • Work closely with Product and Development teams during implementation to ensure final products match approved designs and brand standards.
  • Act as a consultant on all digital design decisions, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in web design with a strong focus on UI/UX.
  • Proven ability to articulate design decisions that deliver user and business value.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, development, and product teams to meet business and customer needs.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead in cross-functional environments.
