Senior Treasury Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst remote to join our innovative team at Oyster. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable payment operations across our global platform. As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in payment flows, reconciliation, and operational controls to drive change and improve our payment processes.

What You'll Do

• Execute global payroll payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance for internal and external employees.
• Manage high-volume payment runs across various methods, maintaining appropriate approvals and audit readiness.
• Own payment reconciliations, ensuring data integrity within the accounting system.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement automation to enhance accuracy and scalability.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop robust reconciliation frameworks and tracking dashboards.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Payments Operations, Treasury, or Finance Operations.
• Proven expertise in global payments operations, including multi-currency handling and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with payment automation and process optimization.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to analyze complex datasets.
• Exceptional collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Solid technical proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, and familiarity with ERP or Treasury Management systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with payment platforms and automation tools.
• Exposure to predictive payment failure detection or automated reconciliation tools.
• Experience supporting audits or compliance reviews related to payments.
