About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Business Travel Consultant - French Speaking - Remote to join our dynamic team at Perk. In this role, you will provide elite service to senior leaders and high-value corporate clients, ensuring that their travel needs are met with precision and care. As a Senior Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing complex itineraries and delivering a seven-star experience to our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for Executive and VIP clients, including air, hotel, and ground transport.
• Provide expert recommendations that align with traveller preferences and company policies.
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed and empathy, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Utilize multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-paced environment.
• Build long-term relationships with Executive travellers through consistent, high-quality service.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain an elite service culture and meet operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering high-touch, premium customer service in Executive travel, hospitality, or luxury brands.
• Strong GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, or similar).
• Exceptional communication skills with a polished and discreet style.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or high-net-worth individuals.
• Exposure to follow-the-sun or on-call travel support models.
