About the Role
We are seeking an Order to Cash/Purchase to Pay Administrator to join the National Energy System Operator (NESO) team. This Order to Cash/Purchase to Pay Administrator remote position offers the opportunity to contribute to the future of clean energy in Great Britain. What You'll Do
- Manage billing, customer, and vendor transactions effectively, ensuring timely processing of sales invoices and credit notes.
- Resolve queries from business stakeholders and third-party service providers within agreed service levels.
- Support the creation and amendment of customer and vendor records in financial systems.
- Produce accurate monthly reports to assist in cash flow management and team targets.
- Engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and facilitate the resolution of billing and vendor management issues.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc requests from the CFO leadership team as necessary.
Requirements
- Experience in Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay administration, including sales invoice processing and customer management.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on service delivery management.
- Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements based on findings.

- Experience with financial systems and customer data management.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the energy sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
