What You'll Do

  • Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint.
  • Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies to find and hire a diverse and exceptional team.
  • Continuously improve our recruiting processes and increase the efficiency of our hiring.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups.
  • Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles, utilizing sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing personalized outreach strategies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to refine strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers and manage expectations.
  • Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges and meet ambitious outreach targets.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI fluency and its application in recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and its implications in talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience in a fully remote work environment.
