Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for success in those positions.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
