About the Role

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data science.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder management is a plus.
