What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple technical programs from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on key metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical program management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Technical background in software engineering or related discipline is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
