About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical) - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in technical recruiting to attract top talent in the software engineering and DevOps fields. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our hiring strategies and ensuring we bring in the best candidates to meet our growing needs.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage technical talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and technical hiring.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize ATS tools, specifically Ashby, to streamline the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in software engineering or DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for success.
  • Experience with ATS tools, particularly Ashby.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with QA and software testing processes.
  • Background in HR management or people operations.
