We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will build and maintain systems that power mission-critical workflows, ensuring that our solutions are clean, scalable, and impactful. What You'll Do

  • Architect and maintain complex software systems and APIs in AWS.
  • Identify and implement reusable solutions across service boundaries.
  • Apply software design principles to implement business functionality effectively.
  • Establish tech design and solutions according to development standards.
  • Ensure stability, performance, and scalability of the platform and APIs.
  • Lead planning and retrospective meetings in a SCRUM setting.
  • Drive story breakups and feature design sessions with your team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in back-end software engineering for enterprise applications.
  • 10+ years of experience developing high-performance, scalable microservices.
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure as code.
  • 8+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python 3.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional programming languages.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
