Assistant Revenue Manager Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join Meliá Hotels International as an Assistant Revenue Manager Intern, a remote opportunity that allows you to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry. As an Assistant Revenue Manager Intern, you will work closely with the Revenue Management team to optimize hotel revenue across various properties in France.

What You'll Do

• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform revenue strategies.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly pick-up analyses to track reservation trends.
• Prepare and present activity reports, including results and statistics.
• Collaborate with the reservation services to ensure accurate tracking of bookings and commissions.
• Update and maintain tools used for revenue analysis and optimization.
• Assist in training and communicating revenue management processes to team members.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Business.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus.
• Fluency in English or Spanish is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of OPERA software is advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in revenue management or hotel operations.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Interest in developing a career in hospitality management.
