Project Manager - Software Development (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team at Indice, a leading software house based in Athens, Greece. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of digital solutions and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to technology and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.
• Define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and performance.
• Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to facilitate project management and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Prepare clear business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing software development projects from discovery to delivery.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts, including APIs and cloud-based services.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders in complex project environments.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as PMP or CSM, are a plus.
