Brand Designer - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Brand Designer to join Makeship as a remote team member. In this role, you will help shape the future of our brand by translating business goals into cohesive multi-channel creative strategies. As a Brand Designer, you will work at the intersection of brand, storytelling, and performance, ensuring that our visual identity resonates with our audience. What You'll Do

• Lead creative execution from concept to launch, ensuring visual and verbal cohesion in campaigns.
• Translate business goals into cohesive multi-channel creative strategies.
• Use performance insights to inform creative decisions and optimize brand messaging.
• Collaborate closely with Growth and Marketing teams to align on campaign objectives.
• Mentor junior designers and raise the creative bar within the team.
• Support the development of scalable campaign frameworks that can be utilized across various platforms.
• Navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
• Develop storyboards and visual narratives that effectively communicate brand messages.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand or campaign design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking.
• Excellent visual design fundamentals and a strong understanding of the intersection between brand and performance.
• Experience with performance data and the ability to work collaboratively with Growth and Marketing teams.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience in paid media and digital performance environments.
• Ability to create compelling storyboards and visual narratives.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
