Summer Internship: Clinical Pharmacology AI/​ML Intern - Remote

About the Role

We are excited to offer a Summer Internship for a Clinical Pharmacology AI/ML Intern - Remote position at BeiGene France Sarl. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in clinical pharmacology and advanced analytics in drug development, focusing on AI and machine learning applications. As a Clinical Pharmacology AI/ML Intern, you will work with large clinical datasets and develop predictive models that can significantly impact cancer treatment.

What You'll Do

• Engage in literature review and data management tasks to support ongoing projects.
• Collaborate on AI and data science projects, applying machine learning techniques to clinical data.
• Develop proficiency in PBPK (Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetic) and PK/PD (Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics) modeling.
• Attend departmental meetings to gain insights into the drug development process.
• Work with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to improving access to medicines.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in relevant fields such as AI, Data Science, or Pharmaceutical Science.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python.
• Experience in data analysis using AI and machine learning techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform clinical datasets into actionable insights.
• Motivated and collaborative mindset with a keen interest in drug development processes.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in clinical pharmacology or related fields.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
