Director of Product Design - Remote SaaS Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Product Design (SaaS) - Remote to join Rwazi, a dynamic and innovative company that operates a global AI data platform. In this role, you will define how Rwazi’s enterprise SaaS platform is experienced, adopted, and expanded within client organizations. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape enterprise product experiences while working remotely in a global context.

What You'll Do

• Own the design system and product experience across the enterprise platform.
• Design core workflows, dashboards, and data visualizations that enhance user experience.
• Align UX with revenue metrics and product growth to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development.
• Accountable for designing an enterprise-grade SaaS experience that meets user needs.
• Focus on user psychology and virality architecture to create engaging products.
• Maintain a scalable design system that supports rapid prototyping.
• Utilize analytics and feedback loops for continuous refinement of the product experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product design with enterprise exposure.
• Strong background in designing sticky, referral-driven B2B products.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and data visualizations.
• Experience with Figma and scalable design systems.
• Analytical fluency with A/B testing and usage metrics.
• Ability to operate as a high-output individual contributor.
