What You'll Do

- Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions.

- Collaborate with sales and project teams to reconcile solutions with architecture.

- Build and maintain relationships with executives and stakeholders to become a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on full-stack Java enterprise solutions.
- Proven experience in developing enterprise-wide architecture and managing portfolios of solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to identify improvements and trade-offs in architectural designs.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural targets and recommendations.
- Experience in mentoring junior architects and developers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and report on their status accurately.
- Experience in developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and case studies.
- Strong understanding of client engagement and pre-sales processes.
