About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Workday to join our innovative team at CommonSpirit Health. This remote Senior Software Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Workday solutions to support our HR, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain functions. You will be part of a dynamic environment where your expertise in Workday development and integrations will be highly valued.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Lead the development of ERP - Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connectors, RaaS, APIs, and Workday Extend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful projects, participating actively in agile ceremonies.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions through clear and concise documentation, flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams.
  • Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a senior-level healthcare environment.
  • 5+ years of experience as an ERP Software Engineer or in a similar software development role.
  • 5+ years of Workday integration development experience.
  • Strong understanding of HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably GCP BigQuery.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with healthcare ERP landscapes such as Lawson, PeopleSoft, or Oracle EBS.
  • Experience working in highly governed environments with vendor oversight.
