About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Cadence Solutions. This remote position is crucial for enhancing our healthcare delivery system, which aims to keep older patients healthy and at home. You'll be part of a dedicated engineering team that is transforming the way healthcare is delivered across the U.S.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain services for the Cadence remote patient monitoring platform.
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes within a rapidly growing team.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to determine the right solutions for our product.
- Work with other engineers throughout our 6-week delivery cycle to ship well-designed features.
- Utilize your expertise in server applications, particularly with Golang, to enhance our platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Backend or Fullstack Software Engineer.
- Experience writing server applications (Golang is a plus).
- Background in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered healthcare solutions.
- Familiarity with remote patient monitoring technologies.
