About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Growth to join our innovative team at RemoteHunter. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in eliminating the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms, enabling teams to ship fast and scale reliably.
What You'll Do
- Build new products and features to enhance platform usability and power.
- Collaborate with design, product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Evolve and mature the codebase and technology as the product scales.
- Participate in team planning, roadmapping, and goal-setting.
- Help shape team culture and practices during company growth.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities with the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional software shipping experience; experience at small, high-growth startups is a plus.
- Proven collaboration with product and design teams.
- Experience working across the stack, both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, and databases.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
- Strong ownership and pragmatic decision-making skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with modern software build and deployment tooling.
- Experience building for product-driven growth and enterprise customers.
- Experience with technologies such as Go, Typescript, React, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform, and Temporal.
