Senior Brand Designer - AI-Driven Visual Communication

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Brand Designer to join our innovative team at Alchemy. In this remote role, you will help scale Alchemy’s brand presence across various platforms while enhancing the quality and consistency of our visual communications. As a Senior Brand Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating complex technical stories into engaging visual narratives, leveraging your expertise in design and modern AI tools.

What You'll Do

• Design and ship marketing assets across multiple channels, including blog graphics, social media, ads, landing pages, and templates.
• Create and maintain a repeatable, on-brand system for output, ensuring quality scales with volume through templates and reusable components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to critique and refine design briefs, clarifying goals and improving inputs over time.
• Present multiple design options with rationale, sharing strong directions and explaining tradeoffs effectively.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance creative throughput and share workflows with team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of brand/visual design experience with a strong focus on static-first craft, including layout, typography, and systems thinking.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality work across various brand assets and marketing materials.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to increase creative output and the communication skills to teach others.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to ask insightful questions and clarify requirements.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe suite, along with familiarity with modern creative AI tools.

• Experience in supporting print and event collateral when needed.
