Product Lead - Node Services for Web3
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Lead - Node Services remote to join our dynamic team at Alchemy. Our mission is to bring web3 to a billion people by providing builders with the tools they need to create exceptional on-chain products. As a Product Lead - Node Services remote, you will guide the direction of our Node Services product vertical, improving how millions of users interact with blockchains daily.
What You'll Do
- Set the strategic roadmap for Alchemy’s largest, most impactful product and engineering team, informed by close relationships with our customers and quantitative analyses.
- Collaborate with leadership, including the CEO and CTO, to execute ambitious, space-changing initiatives.
- Manage a growing team of talented Product Managers supporting the Node Services vertical.
- Provide input into long-term product strategy across Alchemy’s products.
- Continuously raise our standard of product excellence by implementing industry best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on Product Lead - Node Services remote.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience in product management at a high-growth startup.
- Background in developer tools or APIs at scale.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills to work with various types of unstructured data.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new ideas autonomously.
- Passion for blockchain technologies is a plus.

Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary and equity. The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $135,000 - $350,000 annually, reflecting base salary only and excluding bonuses, equity, or benefits. Your salary will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.
