About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist - Market Growth (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Binance. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing core algorithmic models in marketing scenarios, including user behavior prediction and ROI estimation. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will leverage your expertise to create data-driven strategies that enhance user acquisition and retention.

What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize core algorithm models in marketing scenarios, focusing on user behavior prediction and traffic allocation strategies.
• Build precision marketing models such as CTR/CVR prediction and LTV forecasting based on real-time behavioral data.
• Design data-driven strategies for user lifecycle management, ensuring continuous improvement through A/B testing and causal inference.
• Collaborate closely with data, product, and operations teams to implement algorithms effectively within Binance’s marketing systems.
• Track algorithm performance and validate models to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data science or related fields.
• Master’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java, with familiarity in big data processing frameworks like Hadoop or Spark.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and marketing models.
• Experience with SQL/Hive and large-scale data cleaning and feature engineering.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in e-commerce marketing scenarios.
