Senior Software Engineer - AI Chip Infrastructure

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for AI Chip Infrastructure to join our innovative team at AUTSORSA. This role is perfect for those passionate about systems programming and performance optimization. You will work closely with hardware and AI teams to develop cutting-edge software solutions that power next-generation AI systems.

What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize low-level software components for AI and HPC workloads.
• Profile and analyze workloads to improve performance and scalability.
• Work on kernel optimization, parallel data processing, and inter-device coordination.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and AI teams to influence both software and hardware design.
• Contribute to emulation, performance analysis, software packaging, and distribution.
• Participate in continuous improvement of software architecture, tools, and workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++ and Python.
• Solid experience with Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with software profiling and performance analysis.
• Background in parallel programming and workload analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in a relevant field.
• English level C1 or higher.

Nice to Have

• C/C++ and Python interoperability.
• Assembly experience (RISC-V, RISC-V Vector).
• Architecture-based optimization.
• CUDA or ROCm experience.
• Bare-metal programming.
• LLVM / GCC toolchains.
• AI application development experience.
• ONNX Runtime knowledge.
• Master’s or PhD degree.
