• Assist customers via onboarding software sessions to ensure a smooth transition to the client's platform.
• Share engaging explanations of software features, enhancing customers' confidence in their product knowledge.
• Adapt your coaching style based on the customer's requirements and preferred learning style.
• Utilize screen-sharing tools to facilitate onboarding sessions effectively.
• Provide compassionate and patient support to customers, making their experience exceptional.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential for this Dutch-English Automotive Onboarding Specialist role.
• Strong attention to detail and a self-sufficient, resilient attitude.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and present effectively.
• Technical savvy with software tools and platforms.
• Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Athens, Greece, and gain work authorization expediently.
