Senior Software Developer - Golang Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Developer (Golang Remote) to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. In this role, you will design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various venture projects that are adjacent to our core businesses. You will play a crucial role in the design of scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Develop backend services and operations, including proposing architectural decisions, participating in design reviews, coding, code review, and implementing features.
• Identify and implement solutions for complex problems within large-scale backend infrastructure.
• Provide technical operational support to resolve customer issues.
• Drive improvements within the technology stack for long-term engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Golang, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with architectural designs, security, and performance optimization in a high-traffic setting.
• Understanding of Fintech, Sports, or Prediction markets is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in backend systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
