What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and performance across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Grow engaged, loyal communities that align with brand values.
• Identify platform-specific opportunities and respond quickly to algorithm changes and cultural trends.
• Own the social content calendar from ideation to publishing.
• Create engaging, platform-native content optimized for each channel.
• Write warm, human, and engaging copy for captions, Stories, and video scripts.
• Produce quick-turn video content using mobile editing tools.
• Build authentic relationships through thoughtful community management and responses.
• Monitor audience sentiment and surface insights to inform content strategy.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience managing social media for consumer-facing or lifestyle brands.
• Proven success growing social channels with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices.
• Hands-on experience creating video content using mobile tools.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a clear, human, and engaging tone.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Creative, experimental mindset with comfort testing new formats.
