About the Role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will leverage your extensive experience in ServiceNow design and development to enhance our IT service management capabilities. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage ServiceNow integration projects, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to best practices.
• Configure and demonstrate solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• Utilize your deep experience with Ansible to automate and streamline processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other solutions such as VMware and Linux, enhancing overall system functionality.
• Apply ITIL methodologies and ITSM concepts to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on software engineering best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of software solutions to ensure high quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow design and development.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on automation using Ansible.
• 5+ years of experience with ITIL methodologies and ITSM concepts.
• Proven ability to lead ServiceNow-related integration projects.
• Experience configuring solutions in the ServiceNow platform and demonstrating them to stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and enterprise IT architecture.
• Familiarity with modern software test validation best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional ITSM tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and their integration with ServiceNow.
• Certifications in ServiceNow or ITIL.
