About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions that impact our sales strategy and execution.

What You'll Do

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in sales performance.
• Develop and implement sales forecasting models to support revenue growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order-to-cash (O2C) processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance CRM utilization and effectiveness.
• Support the sales team with enablement strategies and tools to improve productivity.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to coach sales staff on best practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales operations.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and program management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments is a plus.
