We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the airline industry. This Senior Sales & Marketing Executive remote position plays a crucial role in connecting airline partners with customers worldwide, ensuring commercial success in global markets. What You'll Do

  • Proactively promote and sell airways routes, fares, and services through various communication channels.
  • Maintain an effective records system for all documentation and customer interactions.
  • Negotiate and manage incentive agreements with corporate and leisure clients.
  • Assist agencies with booking inquiries and ensure optimal customer service.
  • Manage group requests and bookings, responding with quotations to increase revenue.
  • Monitor area sales performance and recommend actions to maximize revenue.
  • Develop sales and marketing plans in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales departments.
  • Liaise with travel agencies and tour operators to reinforce ongoing business relationships.

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel frequently for business.
  • Experience in a travel agency or airline, preferably in a sales role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Target-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Amadeus or similar airline systems is essential.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently.

What We Offer

  • Basic gross salary of €22,000 per annum, increasing to €23,000 after one year.
