Senior Safety Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Safety Manager - Remote to lead our safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safety programs that protect our employees and clients while promoting a culture of safety across the organization. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety management programs that align with OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to ensure safety measures are integrated into all projects.
• Analyze safety data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
• Engage with clients to address safety concerns and provide expert guidance on safety solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our safety programs remain effective and compliant.
• Foster a culture of safety within the organization by promoting open communication and employee involvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management principles.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful safety programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve safety performance.
• Experience with safety training and employee engagement initiatives.
• Certifications in safety management (e.g., CSP, CIH) are a plus.
• Experience with data engineering and cloud-based solutions is advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management and field supervision.
• Familiarity with safety solutions in SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and EHS principles.
