Senior Revenue Accountant - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant - Remote to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate revenue recognition and compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606. You will work closely with various departments to streamline month-end close processes and enhance our financial reporting capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Oversee revenue recognition processes and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve month-end close procedures and reporting.
• Utilize tools such as Power Query and NetSuite to automate financial processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting tools, including Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or related industries.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITSM/ITOM frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
