About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Python & GenAI Engineer to work remotely and join our dynamic team at KWAN. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your skills in Python and Generative AI (GenAI) to design and develop innovative applications. As a Senior Python & GenAI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI technology.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop agentic applications using LLMs, leveraging frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
  • Build end-to-end RAG pipelines, focusing on chunking, hybrid search, vector databases, and prompt tuning.
  • Develop and deploy LLM-based microservices in cloud-native architectures (AWS or Azure), exposing REST APIs.
  • Work with Docker and Kubernetes and integrate services into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Write clean, scalable, well-tested Python code, emphasizing performance and quality metrics.
  • Monitor models and applications using observability tools.
  • Stay up to date with LLM/GenAI trends and lead discussions about AI capabilities.
  • Automate and orchestrate workflows using Make and n8n.

Requirements

  • Approximately 7 years of professional software development experience with a strong Python background.
  • Solid experience in data-driven systems using Python.
  • At least 6 months of hands-on experience with GenAI products, including LangChain and RAG.
  • Proven experience with hallucination mitigation in LLM-based systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
  • Experience building microservices and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with international teams.
  • Experience in workflow automation and orchestration using n8n or Make.
