Senior Project Manager - Remote Opportunity at Rumor

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Rumor. This Senior Project Manager remote position offers the opportunity to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects across design and development. As part of our team, you will help champion our clients' ambitious ideas and turn them into impactful outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple digital initiatives, from planning through delivery.
• Define and manage scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables, reporting progress directly to the CEO.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, development, and product to ensure alignment and productivity.
• Lead agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve blockers while optimizing workflows for efficiency, quality, and delivery speed.
• Partner with technical teams to assess requirements, feasibility, and execution trade-offs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project communication, updates, escalations, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in digital agencies or product studios, working across design and development.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, end-to-end projects while managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Experience working with US- and Canada-based clients.
• Exceptional English communication skills (C1 level), both written and spoken, with strong daily reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a high level of ownership.
• Comfortable working remotely with consistent PST timezone overlap.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Shopify) is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Background in digital marketing, UX/UI, or product strategy.
