  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation and digital strategy.
  • Ability to manage multilingual projects effectively.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or digital project sectors is a plus.

Nice to Have
