About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager - Operational Intelligence to join Wheel's innovative team. This remote role focuses on transforming the healthcare landscape through automation and operational intelligence. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of automation initiatives across operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability in our virtual care solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead automation strategy across operational domains to enhance productivity.
• Define decision frameworks for product capabilities that drive operational excellence.
• Create roadmaps that balance quick wins with long-term infrastructure investments.
• Design and prototype agentic workflows that improve user experience.
• Iterate on agent systems using operational data to refine processes.
• Test and refine agent performance through experimentation to ensure reliability.
• Own the functional behavior and reliability of agent outputs to meet user needs.
• Translate operational workflows into executable logic for seamless implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in senior roles.
• Proven track record in automation and workflow products.
• Experience with AI/ML systems and operational intelligence products.
• Background in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology is essential.
• Experience leading initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Design experience with AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
