Senior Product Manager - Margin Systems

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Margin Systems to join our dynamic team at Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap for Margin backend systems, including Unified Trading Account (UTA) capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of financial products in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for Margin backend systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Design and enhance core logic for margin calculation, leverage, collateral management, risk ratios, and liquidation.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Risk, Quant, and Trading teams to build scalable and resilient backend systems.
• Translate complex margin and risk requirements into clear PRDs, system flows, and technical specifications.
• Drive system optimizations to improve accuracy, stability, latency, and margin efficiency.
• Coordinate across Spot, Derivatives, Wallet, and Risk teams to deliver seamless unified account experiences.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing optimization.

Requirements

• Open to candidates from junior to senior levels; product experience is not mandatory if you have experience with trading systems.
• Deep understanding of financial products such as Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, and options.
• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics).
• Ability to comprehend trading algorithms and risk methods, translating them into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital assets.
• Previous experience in product management roles.
