About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Investigation & Troubleshooting (Remote) to lead our product strategy and execution for our cutting-edge observability and debugging tools. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming how organizations troubleshoot and investigate issues in distributed systems. As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive product adoption.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for investigation and troubleshooting tools, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Gather and prioritize customer insights and feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches, ensuring effective communication of product benefits to stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on product features based on data-driven insights.
  • Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the product team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or observability tools.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, debugging tools, and AI/ML applications.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving user adoption.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in solving customer problems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Temporal, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Apex, and Visualforce.
  • Background in technical communication or developer advocacy.
