Senior Product Manager - Global Program Services (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Global Program Services (Remote) to join our team at Intuitive. This role is pivotal in enhancing our service innovation strategies, ensuring that we meet the needs of our customers effectively. As a leader in robotic-assisted surgery, your contributions will directly impact patient care and outcomes worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Operate as the product manager for program services, ensuring that service professionals have the necessary resources and tools to support customers.
• Maintain deep expertise regarding current methods for delivering program services, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Challenge existing processes and explore new approaches for delivering program services to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Develop a long-term strategic vision for program services capabilities, including creating medium-term and short-term roadmaps.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical product managers to surface innovations for remote support and self-service capabilities.
• Leverage market intelligence and customer feedback to inform solution design and roadmap definition.
• Develop business cases for new program service solutions, demonstrating their viability and feasibility.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive effective solution design decisions, including enhancements to the customer portal.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in medical device services or product management.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build business cases using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to cross-functional audiences.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the MS Office product suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
