What You'll Do

• Design and produce engaging eLearning modules and videos that enhance the learning experience.
• Create high-quality animated and interactive content using motion graphics and animation.
• Utilize AI tools throughout the learning lifecycle to improve learning outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in learning design.
• Collaborate with technology and sales teams to create learner-centered content.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning assets.
• Contribute to evolving team standards and workflows to enhance productivity.
• Drive innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of diverse audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in learning design and multimedia production.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Strong experience in motion graphics and video creation.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and/or Adobe Captivate.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills to translate complex topics into clear content.
• Experience with AI tools for enhancing learning design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
