About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Kyriba, a leading global fintech company. This Senior Customer Success Manager remote role is pivotal in supporting our diverse customer base across multiple EMEA markets. You will engage with customers to drive value realization and ensure their business outcomes are met through the effective use of our cloud-based treasury, payments, and risk management solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with Kyriba's customers across multiple EMEA markets to drive and accelerate their value realization.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customers, including large global businesses with high complexity.
  • Proactively engage customers to ensure they adopt full functionality of Kyriba's solutions.
  • Facilitate executive meetings to measure progress and business impact.
  • Establish success metrics and annual goals with customers, leveraging data to track these metrics.
  • Develop advanced, cross-functional account strategies in Customer Success Plans.
  • Identify opportunities to grow Kyriba's footprint through service expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Engagement/Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS models and value-based engagement.
  • Expert relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating executive-level meetings.
  • Ability to navigate diverse business cultures across multiple international markets.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.

  • Experience in the treasury domain.
  • Track record of driving client adoption and retention.
  • Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills.
