Senior Product Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team at PandaDoc. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience. What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for new features and enhancements, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications using tools like Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across our platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI-native solutions.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, or React.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
