About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Present design work with clarity and confidence, grounding decisions in user needs and business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong emphasis on visual design.
  • A portfolio showcasing refined, high-quality design across both product and marketing experiences.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles with the ability to balance brand with usability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in advertising marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, Claude Code, V0, and Cursor.
  • Curiosity about emerging tools and technologies, particularly AI’s role in design workflows.
