About the Role

What You'll Do

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Utilize data-informed decision-making to enhance product design and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.
- Participate in team retreats and virtual activities to foster collaboration and team spirit.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with mobile app design for iOS and Android platforms.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
- Experience in designing open-source products.
